I am totally smitten with Trad Home. Admittedly when I first looked over the issue I was somewhat unconvinced(that it was something new and fresh), but at a closer glance I am really loving it. TradHome has something to offer every sort of interior design enthusiast. From the super traditional, to the neo traditional each page has something special to offer! I highly recommend it- enjoy the first issue!!

I am the type of person that no matter how hard I try to create a neutral palette I need color....

I picked this up at a great antique shop on Queen West. I have been looking for a vase this color- so LOVE, and hope you all had a wonderful weekeend!!!

It IS Easy to be Green- Sorry Kermit...

I love the pops of color in these rooms, this color green is perfection, it creates a liveliness and is in perfect harmony with the pinks and yellows..... LOVE!!! I want to add this color into my decor.... now I need to find just the right piece!!

Tea for Two

I am loving this Cockatoo Teapot. It is so much fun, I would love to serve tea from this lovely pot, or just have it as a show piece!! It's from Anthropologie- a little pricey though $88.00 CND!! Oh well I guess I am on the lookout now for a cute new Cockatoo teapot!

I'm Feeling Sleepy...

Here are two beds I would love to dive into at the moment. I am absolutely exhausted, today my Dad and I biked from one side of the Island of Montreal to the other, then I searched for hours online for a new apartment in Toronto, organized movers, train tickets, bought plane tickets to Italy, and rented a car! If anyone has heard any whispers of a place that may be available I am all ears!!

On a softer note- What's your idea of a perfect bed?

Color Me Happy

Hello, if you haven't already noticed, I am feeling colorful at the moment!! Earlier today I was reading House Beautiful and the issue was all about Blue.... How fun! I love colorful doors and walls, hell I even enjoy a colorful house- why not? When you pull up to your house it should leave you feeling excited and gleeful, a getaway from the world. I normally would never go for yellow, but I am now convinced!! As for the blues- I don't have them because these have left me wanting a blue door, or pink, or yellow... So hard to choose! Enjoy!
