Miami Heat

I love this room, it is fun fresh and hot! I wanted to create a space that was a reflection of my love for sunny days in Florida. The combination of light relaxed furnishings, bright throw pillows, wall art created a funky space that would be just as easy to relax in as it would to throw a partay!!

Cockatoo

I think I am obsessed by how beautiful these birds are, they are all so unique and interesting. No, I would now own one, but I love these pictures!! Especially the Rose colored one!! They all look like they are wearing Chanel Couture....

Tea for Two

I am loving this Cockatoo Teapot. It is so much fun, I would love to serve tea from this lovely pot, or just have it as a show piece!! It's from Anthropologie- a little pricey though $88.00 CND!! Oh well I guess I am on the lookout now for a cute new Cockatoo teapot!

Home Sweet Home: Fabulous Finds

Here are some great buys I have made recently that I am very excited about! My grandmother recently gave me this lovely "crumb sweeper" as seen above for my birthday she has such beautiful things from her childhood, how chic they were then! I also refinished a dinner tray(spiced it up with some pretty paper to line it, and painted it), and my Mom brought me that lovely soapstone seal from Cape Dorset, in Nunavut-the Inuit Art capital!! All the rest are fun things I have discovered in my travels!
