Madrid

Hey Everyone, so I just got back from Madrid and it was amazing!! What a beautiful city! My boyfriend who is a cinematographer was hired to do a wedding there so I was lucky enough to tag along to film a little myself as well as see the sights, drink the wine, and mingle with the fabulous people. It is a wonderful culture with a lot of laughter, dancing, and partying, I absolutely love their joie de vivre! We were lucky enough to enjoy some nice weather while we were there, we got around to quite a few of the touristy areas, but were also able to experience a little of their culture first hand by going to a wedding! The couple were incredible people, a beautiful love story with many people supporting and celebrating their union it was truly a memorable experience. Gracias

I'm Going to Madrid! Now what do I bring?

I have been scrambling today to get everything done before our trip- I am going to Spain tomorrow so that my boyfriend who is a cinematographer can film a wedding and I can assist... It is my first time helping at a wedding so I am really excited and also not sure what to expect. I needed to find a dress for the wedding, which I still have not done, that would be appropriate to the culture while not being to overboard but then again it cannot be too girly, short, of workwear ish... this has proven to be a difficult task actually- oh yeah and I don't want to spend a fortune. Nuff said I have yet to find "the dress" and believe me when I say I tried on a lot of dresses!! So tomorrow I will be on a mission through the streets of Montreal, hopefully with a successful outcome.. I will keep you posted. Oh and on a happier note I got a trench coat today, so YAY!! I love it! Anyways, love love. xoxo
